P.R.O AZUOGU & Associates traces its roots to Umuahia, Abia State, with the practice dating back to 2001. The firm subsequently established its professional presence in Abuja.

The practice has developed around legal advocacy, professional responsibility and a desire to provide clients with considered legal guidance in matters that require experience, preparation and sound judgement.

Where it began

The practice began in Umuahia, Abia State, with the Principal and two Associates.

2008

Advocacy expanded

The practice developed further around general litigation and human-rights advocacy, including pro bono work.

2020

Abuja

The Chambers moved its professional base to Abuja, with arbitration and conflict-resolution work forming part of the evolving practice.

Principal Partner

Pedro Ramey Onyegbula Azuogu is a Nigerian legal practitioner and the Principal Partner of P.R.O AZUOGU Azuogu & Associates.

His professional background includes legal practice, human-rights advocacy, public service and alternative dispute-resolution interests. He has also been involved in community-development and humanitarian work.

His legal and professional journey has included practice in Abia State and later Abuja, alongside experience in public and civic responsibilities.
